Tua cannot read minds, he receives his knowledge from the Akashic Record - a mythical database which is essentially a metaphysical recording of everything that exists or will exist, and everything that has happened, or will ever happened. Hence - he may pick some information about your pup out of the ether. Please let me know if this is okay with you.

Tua also has a low-level empathy, which means he is sensitive to the emotions of others, but cannot read their minds. He may detect what mood your pup is in and behave accordingly. Please let me know if this is okay with you.

He has no other real powers apart from a teleport ability. But he's impervious to death, being immortal. There are things that can destroy him, say a more powerful being, or mythical/magical weaponry, and he's not that powerful a god, so it's feasible he can be hurt, if not killed.

Tua is Truth-Sayer, but he is also Secret-Keeper.

He will not go around telling everyone about your character's secrets, unless the secret puts his loved ones, or innocent lives in danger.
There will be no fourthwalling, or canon-puncturing.
Tua will not reveal information to your pup that is relevant to their future (or your own RP plottage.) Unless you give permission.

Backtagging: Within reason, but sometimes the mun needs to move on.

Threadhopping: Party-style threads, yes, that's fine. But please ask first for all other threads.

Fourthwalling: It's probably okay. Maybe just ask me first!

Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm fairly hard to shock. Really. I've been around the block a few times, but will try to be respectful of the fact you may be more easily shocked.

Hugging this character: Tua dislikes being hugged by strangers, and may teleport away.

Kissing or petting this character: He loves having his head and chest scritched gently, and may accept this from a relative stranger.

Flirting with this character: Dude, he's an owl.

Fighting with this character: Nope. He'll probably fly or teleport away.

Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I say go for it, BUT, if your pup tries, they will be faced with one or more furious gods from Tua's homeworld. Which could be fun if you're up for that. Probably best discussed!

Killing this character: No. See above.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, that's fine, I play psychic characters too, so yes, I don't mind. He is protected though, by a powerful god of the mind. Any attempts to harm him, or force psychic contact will result in said god of the mind defending Tua.

Warnings: None really. Tua is kind of a fluff character, but he does have some serious protectors.
